Apri Caput

Apri Caput, ‘The Hog’s Head’, was founded almost a century ago. In 1127, during attempts to dig a new well by farmers, an ancient temple was discovered and ancient seals were broken, spreading a magical aura out over the surrounding farmland. Magi soon flocked to the area, and a Covenant was founded there, based around a powerful symbol of Milan; The Half-Wooled Boar.

Since it’s founding Apri Caput has grown, it’s original young founding mages growing in power and prominence within the Tribunal. They have had to weather many difficulties because of their proximity to Milan, such as its destruction in the 1160’s, but they have survived. They are a mixed covenant, having Magi from a variety of Houses including Merinita, Tytalus, Criamon, and Bonisagus.
